The install was just terrific. Your people are the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Jim told me in the beginning he’s worked with multiple specialty companies here in St. Louis and was very dissatisfied. Thanks to Randy Miller and Rob Abrewczynski for proving to him that we are the best! He’s asked me to work up another bid to do more work there.


I just wanted to send you a note and tell you how happy we are with the installation by your company. I’ve watched a number of bowl games and movies already and it’s everything I hoped it would be – the picture and sound quality are awesome! Additionally, the gentlemen who did the installation were extremely professional and they did an excellent job on all areas of the installation. The took great care to protect our home and ensure all of our requests were taken care.


My husband and I were looking for our first flat screen TV. I decided to go to the Sound Room before we began our official search. I was immediately impressed with Stephen Spurgeon! He was helpful and informative. I went in knowing little about the Sound Room and left confident that this is where we should purchase our TV…Instead of making us feel rushed or embarrassed…he was a calming influence that allowed us to move forward with confidence. He thought “out of the box” and solved our problem with quipment he had in his truck…In the end, we are pleased with everything we bought, the service and the installation of our system… We will recommend the Sound Room and Stephen and Randy and will be back when we are ready to purchase a bigger TV for our lower level.

I wanted to follow-up and let you know I appreciate you responding to my concerns last week and getting the remaining installation issues taken care of. Justin did a great job of setting everything up and it works as planned with no glitches. I’m very pleased with all of the equipment and how it works in concert to meet our a/v needs. I won’t hesitate to recommend the Sound Room and to call on you for my future needs.


Just a short note to let you know how thoroughly pleased Bob & I were with the installation of our new television. Due to the complexity of the install we were concerned about it actually being feasible . To our delight not only was it feasible there were no hitches in the process. The fact that The Sound Room took care of the contact with the electrician and Charter made the whole install a lot easier from the beginning!!! The installation team and the electrician arrived on time, were very professional in their manner, and their knowledge of the challenge ahead. When the time came that I had to leave the house to take care of personal errands I did not hesitate to leave them in my house alone and give them my cell phone number in case of a problem ( to my delight there were no problems ). When it came time to explain the Universal Remote to me, they were patient with my lack of technical knowledge. The reason we chose The Sound Room from the beginning was its reputation of high quality products, installation and service. It proved to be an excellent choice.

I recently had an MC2105 in for repair (power and speaker switches). I picked it up Tuesday and following a chilly ride home, let it sit overnight to warm to room temp. I reconnected things yesterday and am absolutely delighted. It sounds wonderful. I’m thoroughly enjoying the renewed listening experience after a nearly seven-week absence. I feel fortunate to have found you guys.Thank you.
