If multiple devices on your network can not connect to the internet yet they show they are connected to the home network your modem, which is provided by the internet provider, and your router may not be sync’d properly. Try power cycling the equipment.

  1. Unplug the modem and wait 30 seconds
  2. Plug the modem back in
  3. Unplug the Router and wait 1 min giving the modem time to reboot and sync with the internet provider
  4. Plug in the router and wait 1-5 minutes for the devices to resync
  5. Physically inspect that all of the wires, Power Wires and Network Cables, are connected securely
  6. Test your network

If this still does not fix the issue plug a laptop directly to the modems LAN port and try to access the internet. If the computer connected directly to the modem is able to access the internet there may be an issue with the router. If the computer still cannot access the internet you will need to call the internet provider.
